Elece kunangura Mcknigth

When i was six year old my mother died fro pregnancy complications.shortly  affter ,my baby brother died after his birth. within a span of three months, my younger sister died also.

father ,a truck driver , was left with four girls to raise .out of desperation, my father married my mother’s niece.My so-called stepmother was the same age old as my older sister which brought extra problems of the family.

since my father was not there most of the time, it was a house full of children and fights were a constant event between my stepmonther my old sister.

very soon my father realized that he could not work and handle the chaildren,so splitting us into different family member’ homes was his last resort.

My older sister estina stayed in boarding school while I want to live with my grandmonther in the countryside.My other two sisters,Elina the second bron, and Anna the thrid bron, were also sent to live with my auntie in the countryside. 

Even though i was seven tear old then; i was still not in school yet so i found myself  heading cows. the year,i spend most of my time in the bushes in tears being a shepherd girl later these hand times  and the year to come became the sources of my inspiration in my journey of  writing.

Today i ‘m wife, a month of four grown  girls , and a  grandmonther of two boys. i have authored five titles from poetry to short reflective stories and currently working on a memoir.
